In your journal, write down a list of at least five to ten nouns and five to ten adjectives as you observe a scene at home, work, or in your community.

In your journal, continue your list of nouns and adjectives by adding in five to ten verbs and adverbs. Then, write a couple of sentences using your list of nouns, adjective, verbs, and adverbs.
I am in my living room, sitting right in front of my black old piano. I want to play the piano, but could not remember any tone. Music sheets are all over top of the piano, but no one I prefer to play at this moment. 3 orange chairs looking at me, seem like laughing. Oh, no, I don't want to be alone. I want to talk to someone, to a friend who can really listen without any judgement. Describing anything is really challenging for me, not to mention to talk about my mood. It is now like the big sad old black piano, sitting quietly. A cello is standing right across the hall, alone with a big which coat. She is also quiet. But, I can imagine what will she say. She will say: " do not worry, everything will getting better."
